Candidate Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Relevant professional childcare or private household experience
At least two professional references
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification when required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation when driving is required for the position
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Willingness and ability to complete Oak & Ivy’s interview and screening process
